The official establishment of the Greek Academy of Human Resource Management (EADAD) was completed at the end of 2025, and elections were held among the founding members to appoint the new Board of Directors and the Audit Committee for a 3-year term. Based on the results of the elections, the new Board of Directors met and elected the following members:

- Victoria Bellou, University of Thessaly, Vice President
- Panagiotis Gorezis, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Secretary General
- Konstantinos Tasoulis, American College of Greece, Treasurer
- Maria Vakola, Athens University of Economics and Business, Member
- Georgios Theriou, Democritus University of Thrace, Member
- Athanasios Koustelios, University of Thessaly, Member
Audit Committee:
- Fotios Vouzas, University of Macedonia
- Niki Glaveli, University of the Aegean
- Maria Sytziouki, University of Macedonia
