Members of EADAD

Become a member

🔹 The number of members of the EADAD is unlimited. The minimum number of its members is set at twenty (20).

🔹 EADAD does not accept as a member anyone who has been referred to court for a felony by a summons or by a final judgment or has been finally convicted of committing a felony, as well as anyone who has been convicted of a misdemeanor by a final court decision issued in the last ten years, either to a prison sentence of at least two (2) years or, regardless of the length of the sentence, for the following offenses: intentional homicide, robbery, theft, embezzlement, fraudulent bankruptcy, smuggling, tax evasion, bribery, bribery, counterfeiting, forgery, infidelity, fraud, extortion, crimes against sexual freedom and economic exploitation of sexual life, violation of the Law on Drugs, on weapons and about intermediaries.

🔹 The members of EADAD have equal rights. No special rights or obligations are granted or imposed, unless such rights are provided for by this statute or decided by all the members of EADAD.
