Dear members of EADAD,
It is with great pleasure that we launch a new series of online activities of the Hellenic Human Resources and Organizational Behavior Association, which will continue in the coming months with themes around contemporary issues of Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior. Our first activity, on the topic Future of Work & Artificial Intelligence, will be held on Thursday, November 26, 2026, 6:00 p.m. Greek time.
The discussion will focus on a question that often concerns us: To what extent does AI really increase productivity and improve work, or does it create new demands, intensify work, and affect the well-being of employees?.
Participation is free and open exclusively to Academy members. The event will begin with a keynote speech by Prof. Argyro Avgoustaki and will be followed by a panel discussion with two experienced executives with international experience in the fields of technology, work transformation and management, connecting the research findings with the challenges that organizations face today in practice. The event will be moderated by Prof. Ioannis Nikolaou and Prof. Georgios Theriou.
