Academic Members

Academic members of the association are individuals who teach Human Resource Management and related scientific subjects, such as Organizational Behavior or Work/Organizational Psychology in Higher Education in Greece or abroad, having a Doctorate in the field of Human Resource Management (or Administration), and related scientific fields.

Subscription: 50€ for two years

Your participation in the EADAD joins you in a strong community of academics, researchers, and executives in the field of HRM. Through your participation:

  • Strengthen networking with colleagues in the field and create a fertile space for scientific exchange and synergies.

  • Facilitate collaborations for research projects and joint scientific actions (e.g. panels, workshops, special thematic sessions).

  • You gain a solid framework for presenting and discussing research results, with feedback from peers.

  • Contribute to the formation of a common language and scientific standards in the field of HRM in Greece.

  • You support the dissemination of research to society and organizations in a scientifically documented manner.

  • Participate in a community that promotes the connection of research and application as a subject of study and field of action.

 

Professional Members

Professional members of the association can become:
🔹 Individuals who are business executives, professionals, or entrepreneurs holding a postgraduate degree (MBA, MSc, etc.) or a doctoral degree in the field of Human Resource Management, and related scientific fields
🔹 Individuals who are business executives, professionals, or entrepreneurs, graduates of recognized universities in the broader field of business administration with at least 5 years of work experience in Human Resource Administration (or Management) positions, and related scientific fields

Subscription: 50€ for two years

Your participation in EADAD connects you to the scientific community of DAD and gives you access to documented knowledge and dialogue with a substantial orientation to implementation. Through your participation:

  • You address complex organizational issues with greater depth and critical thinking.

  • You collaborate with researchers and professionals on ideas and interventions with a substantial impact.

  • You share experience and good practices, contributing to the formation of a common language in the field.

  • You present your work and actively participate in scientific activities and community conferences.

  • Expand your network and open up avenues for collaborations and exchange of expertise.

 

Collective Members

Collective members of the association may be Greek or foreign legal entities, whose activities fall within the field of Human Resource Management and/or related scientific subjects, such as Organizational Behavior or Work/ Organizational Psychology. Legal entities are required to nominate a single senior executive as their representative in all association processes.

Subscription: €200 for two years

Your participation in EADAD connects you to the scientific community of DAD and gives you access to documented knowledge and dialogue with a substantial orientation to implementation. Through your participation:

  • You address complex organizational issues with greater depth and critical thinking.

  • You collaborate with researchers and professionals on ideas and interventions with a substantial impact.

  • You share experience and good practices, contributing to the formation of a common language in the field.

  • You present your work and actively participate in scientific activities and community conferences.

  • Expand your network and open up avenues for collaborations and exchange of expertise.

 

Probationary Members

🔹 Holders of a postgraduate degree (MBA, MSc, etc.) or a doctoral degree in the field of Human Resource Management (or Administration) and related scientific fields, such as Organizational Behavior or Work/Organizational Psychology, at any Higher Educational Institution in Greece or abroad that is recognized in Greece, but do not practice the profession
🔹 Undergraduate and postgraduate students studying Human Resource Management and/or related scientific subjects, such as Organizational Behavior or Work/Organizational Psychology, at any Higher Educational Institution in Greece or abroad that is recognized in Greece
🔹 Doctoral candidates who are preparing a doctoral thesis in the scientific field of Human Resource Management and/ or a related scientific subject, such as Organizational Behavior or Work/ Organizational Psychology, at any Higher Educational Institution in Greece or abroad that is recognized in Greece

Subscription: 40€ for two years

Your participation in the EADAD connects you with the scientific and professional community of the HRM Association in Greece and abroad, contributing to your personal and professional development. Through your participation you can ensure:

  • Networking thanks to the possibility of direct contact with leading academics, researchers and experienced market executives (professional members)

  • Information on current trends, through access to modern knowledge, research and practices applied both in Greece and internationally.

  • Professional development, as participation in a scientific academy strengthens the resume, showing active interest in the industry and commitment to the professional community.

  • Access to events and conferences, as members are informed on a priority basis and often have privileged access to conferences, workshops and seminars organized by the EADAD.

  • Connection to research, as academic members present their research work, pursue research collaborations with young scientists, and provide feedback on the research work of doctoral candidates and postgraduate students.

  • Participation in a specialized community, which allows students to feel part of an organized community that promotes the science of HRM in Greece.

 

Honorary Members

🔹 Any individual or legal entity who has in the past offered exceptional services to the Association or has demonstrated outstanding action towards achieving objectives identical to or related to those of this statute, as applicable from time to time
🔹 Regular members of the Association without losing their rights as a regular member (e.g., retirees, emeritus professors)
